Joelle grew up in New Caledonia, across multiple cultures and languages. Learning new languages and navigating different environments from an early age shaped a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning and collaboration.

She holds a Licence in Lettres, Langues, Sciences Humaines (specialising in Langues, Littératures et Civilisations Étrangères) from the Université de la Nouvelle-Calédonie, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Canberra, where she began as a research and project assistant and first built her expertise in learning management systems.

She is passionate about using technology, collaboration and strategic thinking to support excellence in education, whether implementing new systems, improving workflows or supporting teams.

    • Classroom technical support, updating app functionality and maintaining databases
